The Labelmate UNI-CAT-ACH is a versatile and intelligent rewinder/unwinder, offering a wide range of options for core sizes, label widths, roll diameters, and more. The UNI-CAT-ACH serves as an ideal companion for colour inkjet printers and all industrial thermal transfer printers.
The UNI-CAT-ACH is self-teaching and can seamlessly switch between rewinding and unwinding tasks. It accommodates back-feed processes for colour inkjet and tension-sensitive printers, and automatically adjusts its speed to synchronize with the printer's speed, ensuring efficient operation. Featuring a new, maintenance-free, soft-touch control panel with LED status indicators for easy operation, the UNI-CAT-ACH is equipped with a standard paper guide, eliminating the need for flanges and ensuring neat and straight label rolls.
The UNI-CAT-ACH handles labels up to 155 mm wide and will wind a roll of labels up to a 280 mm diameter. Constructed from rugged, heavy-gauge steel, the UNI-CAT-ACH rewinder offers stability and durability. Its anti-slip feet prevent unwanted movement, ensuring reliable operation. The UNI-CAT-ACH is not only dependable but also virtually maintenance-free, backed by a generous 5-year parts and labour limited warranty with a 1-year warranty on power supplies.
