At The Barcode Warehouse, we don't just sell devices; we have a specialist in-house team dedicated and trained to revive faulty devices and proactively manage large enterprise device estates. Each year, we repair over 30,000 devices, saving companies millions of pounds on replacement costs.
Equipment breakdowns from your workforce devices can have a huge impact on your workforce's productivity. Our ‘one stop’ technical department offers workshop and field repair services with the skills and experience to get you working again. Or better still, provide preventative service and maintenance to make sure you never stop.
We also offer our own repair service agreements as a low-cost alternative to manufacturer versions, based at our repair centre in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
We offer repairs and service for a wide range of devices
Our specialist team is dedicated to getting your business back at 100% and can fix a wide range of brands. Our specialist knowledge and training means we are an Authorised Repair centre for Zebra, TSC Printronix, Toshiba, Honeywell and Citizen.
As well as our manufacturer accreditations, we can also facilitate repair to all economically viable printers sold via our website. If we notice recurring faults, we’ll notify the manufacturer and stop selling the product until everything’s resolved.
Our own Xtracare service agreements are a low-cost alternative to manufacturer versions, using genuine parts to provide a like-for-like service at a fraction of the cost.

We offer ad-hoc, chargeable repairs and repair service agreements for multiple PDA devices in our UK-based repair centre, including, but not limited to Zebra, Honeywell, Samsung and Datalogic. Where this is not possible, we can utilise a network of UK-based repair partners due to close-working relationships.
We are also a UK Datalogic Repair centre for Memor devices and Skorpio X5 devices sold with Ease of Care agreements from The Barcode Warehouse, helping ensure UK-based repairs and faster turnaround times.
