We have close, long-standing relationships with manufacturers and receive regular, sometimes weekly, training updates to ensure our knowledge is always 100% up to date. As well as our manufacturer accreditations, we can also facilitate repair to all printer manufacturers sold via our website. If we notice recurring faults, we’ll notify the manufacturer and stop selling the product until everything’s resolved.
