Based at our 25,000 sq. ft purpose-designed facility, Newton House, our Innovation & Customer Experience (ICE) Centre offers visitors an engaging, immersive experience, seeing first-hand the best technology solutions available across many industries.
What is the ICE Centre?
The ICE Centre is kitted out with the latest business technology including interactive, state of the art industry- and solution-themed zones. Customers can attend solutions labs and see forward-thinking solutions in action first-hand, helping them to understand how new technologies can solve their business challenges, increase their productivity, and gain more control over their technology estates.
The space has been perfectly designed for our customers and partners to hold meetings and events, with a café, auditorium, various types of work and break out spaces, ample technology, interactive meeting and training rooms and relaxation and concentration areas.
What is a solutions lab?
Kitted out with the latest technology that underpins the makeup of the building as well as the ICE Centre, we’ve got a solution for every (well, almost!) business challenge. You will be able to imagine and test the possibilities within your business, supported by our solutions architects who will bring together, conceptualise, and develop tailor-made solutions that are the most appropriate for your business from the very best hardware and software available on the market.

In June 2023 we brought our partners and customers together for two days of tech talks, networking, entertainment and ICE Centre tours.
Sir John Peace, Lord-Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire cut the ribbon to officially open the Centre on the first day of the event; 13th June 2023.
