Please use this form to request a repair, and one of our team members will be in touch as soon as possible.
Please submit a separate form for each item you wish to return for repair.
Please ensure that before you send us any device for the provision of repair services, that you remove any data, including but not limited to any personal, sensitive or confidential data from the device in question. In the event that any equipment is damaged to the extent that it is impossible for you to remove any personal, sensitive or confidential data, then do not send the equipment to us. Instead, please contact us so that we can agree an appropriate course of action.
If your device has to be sent to the manufacturer or a 3rd party for a repair to be completed, then the manufacturer or 3rd party may update the operating system to the latest version supported by your device, as part of their repair process. Please inform us, prior to sending your equipment to us, if any updates such as this would be problematic.
If your hardware breaks down, you can rest assured that downtime will be kept to a minimum.

The Barcode Warehouse can also expedite the repair of a vast range of out-of-warranty equipment, including thermal printers, handheld terminals and scanners, from a range of leading manufacturers.
We aim to keep repair costs low by carrying out component level repairs wherever possible. Repair turnaround times for the above brands average 5 working days. This can extend if you have not taken out an enhanced warranty in advance, as warranty customers are given priority.
