What is proactive device management?
This service ensures the reduction of lost and stolen devices through monitoring of our customers’ device estate and increases utilisation by ensuring the correct number of devices are available, working and in the right location to support the operation. We then resolve any potential issues before they arise by analysing the data insights and contacting the end-user to manage any exceptions against a mutually agreed resolution path.
