With two potent motors, the Twin-Cat-2 Rewinder seamlessly accommodates both unwinding and rewinding operations, providing reliability and efficiency. Its bi-directional flexibility empowers you to choose the rotation direction that best suits your needs, making it remarkably versatile. The unit offers over 100 customizable configurations, allowing it to adapt to a wide spectrum of label roll specifications.
The user-friendly control panel provides independent control over each spindle's direction and speed/torque, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the process. For added convenience and safety, the external halt control feature allows you to initiate or stop the unit using a foot switch or other compatible devices, reducing downtime and enhancing workflow efficiency.
This high-performance rewinder attains a maximum speed of 125 cm/sec at the beginning of a 76 mm core roll, making it exceptionally well-suited for demanding labeling applications. The STANDARD/1-INCH & 10-INCHES models come standard with inner and outer flanges, and for models with core diameters other than 76 mm, the optional APG-CAT is recommended for optimal performance and stability. With the capacity to handle roll diameters of 2 x 220 mm, the Labelmate Twin-Cat-2 Rewinder is the ultimate solution for all your label roll conditioning requirements, providing efficiency, precision, and reliability.
