The Platinum Service Solution is a comprehensive service plan that protects everything from the device to the device accessories (repair or replacement), batteries, and Android operating system. Mobile computer eligible accessories include batteries, docks, chargers, cradles, scan handles, and vehicle mounts. Printer eligible accessories include printheads, platen rollers, cutters, and batteries.
The Edge Services Platinum Support contract is the only total support contract in the industry which offering 2-Day Depot Repairs or Spare Pool Management with 3-year contract. At every stage, Honeywell Edge Services gives you the confidence of having leading-class technologies combined with service and support plans that will maximise the uptime and the return on investment for your devices.
