One of the primary advantages for customers is the ability to return faulty Datalogic devices under a warranty or repair service directly to TBW's Newark, Nottinghamshire-based facility. This eliminates the need for customers to have to liaise with multiple parties, to ship their devices to Europe, as is currently required in order to get a repair; providing a more sustainable, convenient and efficient service. Managed Service customers of TBW will especially benefit from reduced wait times for repairs and swap-outs, transforming the process into a seamless one-stop shop.
Before earning authorisation as a repair centre, all Datalogic device repairs had to be dispatched to Slovakia. The establishment of a UK-based repair centre not only ensures quicker turnaround times but also represents a more sustainable and cost-effective solution, something that many customers, Datalogic and TBW have held high importance to.

Repair services at TBW's Authorised Datalogic Repair Centre cover the Skorpio 5, Memor 10 and Memor 11 and will be executed by extensively trained, skilled technicians employing Datalogic-certified spare parts and testing tools.
