THE BARCODE WAREHOUSE (TBW) RECRUITS NEW SALES STRATEGIST AS DEMAND FOR SOLUTIONS SOARS.
It is with great pleasure that TBW announces the creation of a new role, that of Vice President - Strategic Sales and Innovation and has appointed Phil Jefferson into this key role. With more than 20 years of experience, Phil is an experienced EMEA business leader and comes to us from Motorola Solutions where he was responsible for sales and business development across various international regions.
Phil has particular experience and expertise in leading teams, bidding, winning and delivering multi stakeholder large value technology service solutions. His experience spans Retail, Transport, Logistics and the Public Sector. Phil is a graduate of the University of Birmingham, lives in the Cotswold’s and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his family, on motor bikes, and classic Land Rovers.
Phil’s remit is to implement a new strategic sales plan for the business whilst bringing technological solutions to our customers through industry leading innovation which underpins our vision for accelerating growth. Phil will work with a network of industry partners to showcase existing and future technology solutions; the aim being to give our customers, existing and new, an exciting snapshot of how we can support their operations as they evolve over time.
On his appointment Phil said “I am very excited to be joining TBW with such a broad brief and I believe TBW has a great business model and a talented management team.
