By keeping watch on printer status, SATO Online Services (SOS) notifies operator when an expendable part needs replacement, and offers prompt and effective resolution to problems, reducing downtime significantly. SOS enables users to monitor status of all printers at a glance and adjust print speed, darkness, position and network settings. Subscription per printer when SATO monitors the service maintenance from SOS platform with as well a service contract attached.
