The Labelmate TWIN-MATRIX Rewinder presents an intelligent approach to the efficient separation of waste matrix from labels, offering both offline functionality when combined with an unwinder and seamless in-line integration with your (colour) label printer. It employs an extended tension arm to create a label loop, facilitating the smooth back feeding process from your colour printer.
Available in various sizes and orientations, the TWIN-MATRIX is adaptable to a wide range of printer models. With its capacity to handle labels up to 170 mm in width and wind label rolls with a diameter of up to 220 mm, it accommodates diverse labeling requirements. Constructed from robust, heavy-gauge steel, the TWIN-MATRIX Rewinder is designed for easy installation. The optional alignment plate further streamlines the setup process when used in conjunction with your printer.
