The Labelmate UNI-CAT-XL is an intelligent rewinder/unwinder with self-teaching capability, effortlessly transitioning between rewinding and unwinding tasks. It caters to back-feed processes for colour inkjet and tension-sensitive printers, dynamically adjusting its speed to synchronize with the printer for optimal efficiency.
The maintenance-free soft-touch control panel, featuring LED status indicators, ensures user-friendly operation. With a standard paper guide eliminating the need for flanges, the UNI-CAT-XL guarantees neat and straight label rolls.
The UNI-CAT-XL-170 handles labels up to 170 mm wide, sporting a larger chassis and components capable of winding rolls up to a generous 400 mm diameter, supported by a robust motor capable of handling rolls weighing up to 14 kg. Constructed with rugged, heavy-gauge steel, the rewinder is easily positioned in your workspace, thanks to special anti-slip feet providing stability. It is maintenance-free, backed by a 5-year limited warranty on parts and labour (1-year on power supplies).
