The Labelmate UNI-CAT-XL-170 is an intelligent, self-teaching rewinder and unwinder designed to seamlessly switch between rewinding and unwinding applications. Ideal for back-feed processes, colour inkjet printers, and tension-sensitive printing systems, it automatically adjusts its speed to synchronise with the printer, ensuring smooth and efficient media handling.
The maintenance-free soft-touch control panel with clear LED status indicators provides simple and intuitive operation. A standard paper guide eliminates the need for flanges, helping to produce neat, straight and consistently wound label rolls.
The UNI-CAT-XL-170 handles labels up to 170 mm wide and features a larger chassis and robust components capable of winding rolls up to 400 mm in diameter. Its powerful motor supports label rolls weighing up to 14 kg, making it suitable for demanding professional applications.
Built with rugged, heavy-gauge steel construction, the UNI-CAT-XL-170 offers excellent durability and reliable long-term performance. Special anti-slip feet help keep the unit securely positioned during operation. The rewinder is maintenance-free and is backed by a 2-year limited warranty on parts and labour, with a 1-year warranty on the power supply.
