The Labelmate COUNT-100 Label Counter is a versatile solution designed for efficiency and accuracy. Seamlessly integrated at the output of a printer or used independently with an Unwinder and CAT-3 Rewinder, it creates a standalone label inspection and counting station.
This Preset Counter offers both up and down counting capabilities, adapting to diverse operational needs. Whether utilized offline or online, the COUNT-100 provides flexibility in counting procedures. It can trigger a "HALT" signal to the CAT-3 Rewinder upon reaching a pre-set count, facilitating seamless operations.
The U Sensor version boasts exceptional versatility, capable of counting an array of labels, including transparent or darker variants. Its ultrasonic detector distinguishes labels by detecting variations in thickness between the backing paper and the combined backing paper with the label.
