The Unitech MoboLink Visibility 1-year package offers essential monitoring, event management, and historical data tracking functionalities. This foundational model of MoboLink is designed primarily for overseeing device status and configuring event conditions to alert IT administrators of potential issues.
With the MoboLink agent installed on the device, users can customise settings to periodically transmit device information to the server. This data encompasses various metrics such as battery life, storage availability, and network status, as well as usage statistics including instances of low battery, overheating, reboots, drops, and more.
IT administrators have the flexibility to establish event rules, such as detecting low battery levels or battery overheating. Upon the triggering of these conditions, administrators can not only review the event log but also receive notifications via email, SMS, Line, or WeChat for timely intervention and resolution.
