Zebra Device Tracker is designed to grow with your business. You can track up to 5,000 sites and up to 100,000 devices. Licenses are available for one, three and five years.

Device Tracker Administrators can see the status of all devices in all locations. Managers can see all the devices in their location.

Access portal and dashboard information

Access this cloud-based mobile application on a supported Zebra mobile device or desktop computer. Real-time tracking information is always at the fingertips of site managers and administrators. Administrators see all licensed Zebra devices. Managers see all devices at their location. And associates can see misplaced devices that need to be found.

Improve accountability with device check-out and check-in

Enable frictionless authentication with single signon (SSO), or enable users to scan a specific barcode to use or return a device—such as the barcode on their employee badge. By accessing their dashboard, administrators and site managers can see who has which device.

Make devices easier to find with friendly access point names

Give your access points a friendly name, such as Hardware Department, to make your devices easier to find. Just create and upload a CSV file into Device Tracker that maps all of your MAC addresses to the desired friendly names.

Easily find a specific device with Geiger-counter style simplicity

Any user—manager or associate—can use any supported Zebra Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)– enabled Android mobile device to launch the application to view and find specific misplaced devices via the Proximity Indicator, a Geigercounter-style tool. Select devices that have a secondary BLE will also be trackable even if the device is turned off.

Access reports

Administrators can execute historical data reports and view device events and utilization, providing actionable information to improve fleet usage. Observe and protect fleet productivity Workflow automation allows administrators to automate the task of determining which devices are at risk of being lost and flagging them to be recovered. By setting system thresholds, Zebra Device Tracker continuously monitors the state of devices and automates the process, flagging devices requiring recovery.

Notifications to help recovery

Zebra Device Tracker will notify employees who are near missing devices, giving them the option to recover the device and return it to production.
