The Brother RJ-4230B is a high-performance 4" mobile printer, purpose-built for demanding environments. Combining industry-leading print speeds with robust durability, this direct thermal printer is housed in a compact yet rugged design — making it ideal for on-the-go professionals in logistics, field service, public safety, and retail.
Designed to keep your workforce mobile and productive, the RJ-4230B features integrated Bluetooth connectivity, an intuitive LCD screen, and easy-to-load media rolls for seamless, efficient operation. With support for ZPL II, CPCL, and Brother ESC/P printer languages, it offers excellent compatibility with legacy systems, allowing you to upload and manage templates directly from your PC.
Built to perform in tough conditions, the RJ-4230B boasts an IP54 rating and withstands drops of up to 2.1 metres. Whether mounted in a vehicle or used in the field, this printer delivers reliable performance when it matters most. Its optional battery eliminator makes it the perfect choice for vehicle-mounted applications in public sector and emergency service settings.
Linerless media compatibility adds an eco-conscious edge, reducing waste while enhancing workflow flexibility. From labels and tags to receipts, invoices, and quotes — the RJ-4230B prints everything you need, wherever your work takes you, all without relying on a network connection.
Please Note: The PALPR001 roller is required for linerless compatibility. The printer does not come with a battery, the PABT006 is required. Also, the PAAD600AUK power supply needs to be ordered separately.
