TBW teams up with Infinity Labs to further bolster software offering with Network Automation Solution
The Barcode Warehouse, the leading UK business technology solutions integrator and Infinity Labs have partnered up to provide a Network Automation and Orchestration solution enabling customers from across many industries to benefit from enhanced service management processes using an ITSM/ITIL framework.
After identifying complimentary services, the two businesses have joined forces to expand the market for Infinity Labs ‘InfiWorx’ software in the UK, and increase The Barcode Warehouse service portfolio with an enhanced technology service management that can help IT and service desk teams with an efficient process to technology management.
The InfiWorx solution offers automatic discovery of devices on a network and provides a detailed inventory provided of a businesses’ full device estate, offering an extra layer of device insights to customers.
