Featured case study - Pall-Ex Group bespoke labelling solution

The Barcode Warehouse has delivered Pall-Ex Group with a bespoke labelling solution that has simplified their label design and increased operational efficiency by enabling members to order labels online with a next-day delivery service.

Pall-Ex Group needed a solution that would address the design of their labels which was quite complex, and the distribution of the labels themselves.

The Barcode Warehouse created an online portal to create an easy-to-use place for Pall-Ex Group members to re-order their label supplies. The process is managed by The Barcode Warehouse production team to create the labels and ensure stock is readily available.

This has resulted in improved operational efficiency, as Pall-Ex Group no longer have to distribute labels to their members, and the financial burden placed upon their accounts team has been removed completely. Watch the video and find out more here.

Together Housing Group logo

Together Housing is responsible for the safety of all its tenants and must annually inspect and service the gas boilers and gas fires across all its properties. At the end of each inspection a form is completed by the engineer via a mobile phone app and sent back to their office to be checked and printed out as a statutory CP12 certificate. The CP12 must then be posted to the tenant within 28 days.

As well as being time-consuming and expensive, any errors discovered on the CP12 once it’s printed require a new inspection to be made. Together Housing’s Property Manager (Gas), Bill Atkins needed a faster, more efficient and error-free inspection system – without compromising tenant safety.
