Our Xtracare Silver 5 Year Return to Base Service plan includes all internal printer parts, (excluding consumables like the Print Head and Platen Roller), protecting against defects. As a service plan customer, benefit from priority workshop repair with a swift 3-5 day turnaround (28 days for out-of-warranty repairs). Telephone support is available, and there are no inspection or fitting charges for consumables—only pay for the item. Xtracare provides a worry-free solution for the entire agreement duration.
Notwithstanding any description of the services as set out here, this warranty is a Warranty Package as defined under The Barcode Warehouse Limited’ Terms and Conditions, as set out at www.thebarcodewarehouse.co.uk/help/terms/. The Customer accepts and the Warranty shall be provided to the Customer in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions of the warranty and by the manufacturer or third party in question.
