This sensor uses radar technology to measure the distance to objects or surfaces. This distance measurement can be used to quantify the fill level of an asset. Alternatively, the sensor can be used to detect if a carrier is loaded (object detected by radar) or unloaded. The radar sensor needs a scanning device to communicate its information over the internet.
