The Seiko RP-F10 is the first POS printer to offer a dedicated 4.3-inch color TFT display. The optional LCD screen, boasting a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels, enhances customer communication by displaying information such as text, QR codes, images, and more. Designed for versatility, the screen can be easily mounted directly onto the printer, used as a stand-alone display, or wall-mounted, providing flexible installation options.
With its compact 127 mm cubed design, the RP-F10 POS printer fits into a variety of spaces without compromising functionality. The printer supports high-speed printing at 250 mm per second, while its IPx1-rated front paper exit model ensures reliable protection against water drips. An optional buzzer can be integrated for auditory alerts in busy environments.
The RP-F10 series offers multiple connectivity options, including USB, USB-C, LAN, and Bluetooth interfaces. Easy Bluetooth pairing through NFC streamlines setup for mobile devices, and an Android Print Service is available for Bluetooth models, ensuring seamless integration with Android devices. The printer is also equipped with comprehensive utility software and drivers.
Designed to support a wide range of applications, the RP-F10 can function as a customer-facing display, a tool for QR payment, or a platform for advertisements, making it a versatile addition to any business. It also aids in troubleshooting by displaying error notifications and recovery instructions directly on the screen, minimising downtime and ensuring efficient service.
