The Motorola VM-ESA-VB-12M-1 is a 12-month software update and support licence extension for the VB400 body camera. When purchased with the base camera licence (VM-EPL-VB-1-N), it extends Software Assurance coverage to 24 months total, providing continued software updates and technical support. Alternatively, the VM-ESA-VB-12M-1 functions as a standalone 12-month Software Assurance licence for VB400 cameras with lapsed software support, enabling organisations to restore technical coverage and software currency for existing deployments.
