The Motorola GMDN12862A is a three-year VideoManager Enterprise Cloud Licence providing extended cloud-based video management and evidence storage for organisations seeking longer-term licensing commitments. This licence grants access to one VideoManager Enterprise Cloud instance, enabling centralised management of body camera footage, video analytics and evidence administration across your organisation.
The licence includes 250GB of cloud storage capacity, supplying substantial space for high-definition video retention and archival purposes throughout the three-year period.
The VideoManager One licence is required per VideoManager instance or customer organisation, ensuring proper licensing alignment with your operational structure. Additional storage beyond the included 250GB allocation can be procured through the Enterprise Cloud Storage per-GB licence (GMDN12865A), allowing scalable capacity expansion as operational requirements evolve.
