The Labelmate UNI-CAT-CHUCK is a versatile label rewinder/unwinder designed to support a wide range of industrial label handling applications. Offering flexible options for core sizes, label widths, and roll diameters.

Featuring advanced self-teaching technology, the UNI-CAT-CHUCK automatically switches between rewinding and unwinding operations for effortless use. It also supports back-feed processes for colour inkjet and tension-sensitive printers, while automatically synchronising its speed with the printer to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable operation.

Designed for ease of use, the UNI-CAT-CHUCK includes a maintenance-free soft-touch control panel with LED status indicators for simple operation and monitoring. The integrated paper guide eliminates the need for additional flanges, ensuring labels are wound neatly and evenly every time.

This UNI-CAT-CHUCK rewinder can handle roll diameters up to 300 mm, making it suitable for demanding production environments. Built for long-lasting performance, it is both dependable and virtually maintenance-free. For additional peace of mind, the unit is backed by a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering parts and labour, along with a 1-year warranty on the power supply.
