The Labelmate UCAT-1-CHUCK is a heavy-duty, self-powered label unwinder designed to deliver smooth, reliable label handling in demanding industrial and commercial printing environments. Featuring adjustable speed-proportional braking, it automatically synchronises with the printer speed to ensure consistent label tension and accurate media feeding throughout the printing process.
Built to accommodate label rolls up to 300 mm in diameter, the UCAT-1-CHUCK is available in configurations supporting label widths of 170 mm, 220 mm, or 270 mm. The standard model is fitted with a durable 76 mm Quick-Chuck quick-locking core holder for media up to 170 mm wide, enabling fast, tool-free loading and unloading of label rolls. Additional Quick-Chuck sizes are available to suit a variety of core diameters and label widths, providing excellent flexibility for different applications.
