The Labelmate CAT-40G/V2 Label Rewinder is a heavy-duty, gear-motor driven rewinding solution designed to deliver exceptional torque, reliability, and performance for demanding label handling applications.
Built to manage large and heavy label rolls with diameters of up to 400 mm, this model is ideal for high-volume production environments where strength and consistency are essential. It supports label widths of up to 170 mm, 220 mm, or 270 mm, offering flexibility across a wide range of label formats.
Powered by a robust gear motor, the CAT-40G/V2 ensures smooth and controlled rewinding even under heavy loads. It delivers a maximum speed of up to 38 cm per second at the beginning of a 76 mm core roll, maintaining efficiency without compromising stability. The integrated control panel allows precise adjustment of torque, speed, and direction, while dual torque ranges provide additional power when used in combination with a Labelmate slitter.
For maximum ease of use, the unit is equipped with a durable “Quick-Chuck” quick-locking core chuck system, enabling fast and effortless loading and unloading of cores and label rolls, significantly reducing downtime during operation.
Designed for professional and industrial use, the CAT-40G/V2 combines power, precision, and durability, making it a reliable choice for efficient label processing. It is supplied with a universal power supply (100–240VAC, 50Hz, output 15VDC, 4.33A) and comes with a 2-year limited warranty, with 1 year covering the power supply.
