The Labelmate S-100 Slitter is a swift and efficient solution for generating large quantities of smaller labels. Print multiple-across label rolls and effortlessly slit them into individual, precise rolls with the S-100's high-precision, break-away blades, ensuring a clean and even slitting process.

The S-100 Slitter offers versatility in its application – seamlessly integrating either "in-line" at the output of any label printer or "off-line" between an unwinder and a rewinder. Designed for precision, its rugged construction allows you to customize label widths to your specifications, providing a flexible solution for various labeling needs.

Pair the S-100 Slitter with the recommended CAT-3 Rewinder (CAT-3-CHUCK recommended for optimal performance) to complete your label processing setup.

For a comprehensive, all-in-one solution, consider the Slitting Station S-100S, which includes:

  • S-100 slitter with two high-precision, break-away blades
  • UCAT-S unwinder
  • CAT-3-CHUCK rewinder with a 76 mm core holder
  • One aluminum and two thin plastic separator plates (220 mm diameter)
  • Adjustable locking bar to securely position and connect units
