The Labelmate LD-165-U-XL is a reliable and high-performance label dispenser designed to dispense a wide range of labels quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Featuring advanced photoelectric peel-and-present technology, it automatically advances the next label as soon as the previous one is removed, helping to improve productivity and create a smooth, continuous labelling workflow.
Set-up is quick and straightforward, taking less than 30 seconds with just one simple adjustment required to match the label length. A special reflective sensor positioned beneath the label reliably detects the leading edge, ensuring consistent and precise dispensing throughout daily operations.
The LD-165-U-XL label dispenser is equipped with 35 mm core holders that accommodate label rolls with core sizes from 38 to 76 mm and supports external roll diameters of up to 300 mm. Its robust stainless steel chassis provides excellent durability and makes the dispenser particularly suitable for demanding environments, including food and beverage production and pharmaceutical applications.
