The Labelmate LD-115-U-XL is a high-performance label dispenser designed to improve efficiency by automatically dispensing individual labels with precision and consistency. Using advanced photoelectric peel-and-present technology, it detects when a label has been removed and instantly advances the next one, helping to streamline labelling processes and reduce operator handling time.
Set-up is quick and straightforward, taking less than 30 seconds with only a single adjustment required to match the label length. A highly sensitive reflective sensor positioned beneath the label accurately detects the leading edge, ensuring smooth, reliable dispensing across a wide range of label materials and sizes.
The LD-115-U-XL label dispenser is equipped with 35 mm core holders that accommodate label rolls with core sizes from 38 to 76 mm and supports external roll diameters of up to 300 mm, making it ideal for high-volume labelling applications. Its durable stainless steel chassis provides excellent resistance to corrosion and frequent cleaning, making it particularly suitable for demanding environments such as food and beverage production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare, and other hygiene-sensitive industries.
