The Labelmate LD-165-U is a dependable and easy-to-use label dispenser designed to accurately dispense a wide variety of label types. Featuring advanced photoelectric peel-and-present technology, it automatically advances the next label as soon as the previous one is removed, helping to improve efficiency and maintain a smooth labelling workflow.
Installation and set-up are quick and straightforward, taking less than 30 seconds with just one simple adjustment required to match the label length. A highly responsive reflective sensor positioned beneath the label accurately detects the leading edge, ensuring reliable and consistent dispensing with every cycle.
The LD-165-U label dispenser is equipped with 35 mm core holders that accommodate label rolls with core sizes from 38 to 76 mm and supports external roll diameters of up to 220 mm. Its robust construction is designed to withstand continuous use in busy production, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution environments.
Built for reliable, all-day, everyday operation, the LD-165-U is backed by Labelmate's 2-year parts and labour limited warranty, with a 1-year warranty on power supplies, providing long-lasting performance and peace of mind.
