The Labelmate LD-225-RS-XL is a reliable and easy-to-use label dispenser designed to dispense individual labels quickly and efficiently. Featuring an advanced opto-electronic peel-and-present system, it automatically advances the next label as each one is removed, helping to streamline labelling operations and improve productivity.
Set-up is quick and straightforward, taking less than 30 seconds with just one simple adjustment required to set the label length. A special reflective sensor positioned beneath the label reliably detects its leading edge, ensuring accurate and consistent label dispensing throughout the day.
The LD-225-RS-XL is equipped with 35 mm core holders that accommodate label rolls with core sizes from 38 to 76 mm and supports external roll diameters of up to 300 mm, with a maximum roll weight of 6 kg. Its robust stainless steel chassis makes it particularly well suited to demanding environments, including food and beverage and pharmaceutical applications.
Designed for reliable, all-day, everyday use, the LD-225-RS-XL is backed by Labelmate's 2-year parts and labour limited warranty, with a 1-year warranty on power supplies, providing dependable performance and peace of mind.
