The Labelmate LD-300-UNI is a heavy-duty label dispenser designed to deliver reliable performance in demanding labelling environments. Its unique dual-motor design provides smooth and powerful label dispensing, making it suitable for heavy label rolls weighing up to 10 kg and with an external diameter of up to 350 mm.
Featuring advanced opto-electronic peel-and-present technology, the LD-300-UNI efficiently dispenses individual labels and automatically advances the next label as soon as the previous one is removed. A special reflective sensor positioned beneath the label reliably detects the leading edge, ensuring accurate and consistent dispensing throughout daily operations.
Set-up is quick and straightforward, taking less than 30 seconds with just one simple adjustment required to set the label length. The dispenser is equipped with 76 mm core holders and is designed for continuous, all-day, everyday use, making it an ideal choice for demanding production, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution environments.
The LD-300-UNI is backed by Labelmate's 2-year parts and labour limited warranty, with a 1-year warranty on power supplies, providing dependable performance and peace of mind.
