Notwithstanding any description of the services as set out here, this warranty is a Warranty Package as defined under The Barcode Warehouse Limited’ Terms and Conditions, as set out at www.thebarcodewarehouse.co.uk/help/terms/. The Customer accepts and the Warranty shall be provided to the Customer in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions of the warranty and by the manufacturer or third party in question.

The Epson 5 Years CoverPlus Return to Base Service offers extended warranty coverage for faults or defects in your Epson product. If a fault occurs, return the device to an authorised Epson Service Centre for repair, with a target turnaround time of 5 working days. This service ensures your product is repaired by certified technicians using genuine parts. However, it does not cover the replacement of consumable or maintenance items that reach the end of their life. The CoverPlus plan provides peace of mind and quick service to keep your device running smoothly.
For products which are showing as 'in 2-5 working days', these are shipped direct from the manufacturer or supplier and so can be subject to a 2-5 day leadtime.
For items which are 'ordered on request', these are not in stock at the manufacturer or supplier and could be made to order with lead times up to 6 weeks.
If you require any products urgently, please call our sales team to discuss your requirements. Many of our suppliers are able to direct ship on a next working day service for a surcharge.
