05 years CoverPlus Onsite - A EPSON representative will come to your site to repair, swap or take your EPSON product to a service centre for repair. If the product is not repairable an equivalent life and condition product will be provided. The service you will receive will be dependent on your location and the issue with the product. our target is to be Onsite within 2 working days and for Products taken back to a repair centre we aim to have the product repaired within 5 days (excluding transport time) CoverPlus does not cover replacement of items designated as maintenance items that have reached the end of their life. CP pack valid for 5 years or 500 Km of print whichever comes first.
Notwithstanding any description of the services as set out here, this warranty is a Warranty Package as defined under The Barcode Warehouse Limited’ Terms and Conditions, as set out at www.thebarcodewarehouse.co.uk/help/terms/. The Customer accepts and the Warranty shall be provided to the Customer in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions of the warranty and by the manufacturer or third party in question.

For items which are 'ordered on request', these are not in stock at the manufacturer or supplier and could be made to order with lead times up to 6 weeks.
