Turn-around time for repair or replacement will typically occur within 10 business days after receipt excluding time in transit
The program covers the following items that affect the normal function of the device: normal wear and tear, component and parts failures, and accidental damage
Repair will include devices that are damaged due to accident or abuse, however devices with damage considered to be beyond economical repair
For products which are showing as 'in 2-5 working days', these are shipped direct from the manufacturer or supplier and so can be subject to a 2-5 day leadtime.
For items which are 'ordered on request', these are not in stock at the manufacturer or supplier and could be made to order with lead times up to 6 weeks.
