The plan covers accidental damage, defects, normal wear and tear, and includes battery replacement as needed. With repairs performed to factory standards using certified parts, this plan offers reliable, long-term support for demanding environments.

Repair will include the replacement of damaged battery doors (when not integrated with the battery assembly)
If the battery does not meet minimum test specifications it will be replaced with the same or similar capacity battery originally included with the device

For products which are showing as 'in 2-5 working days', these are shipped direct from the manufacturer or supplier and so can be subject to a 2-5 day leadtime.
For items which are 'ordered on request', these are not in stock at the manufacturer or supplier and could be made to order with lead times up to 6 weeks.
