Everything to know about renting with The Barcode Warehouse

Do you experience occasional peaks in activity during the year but don’t want—or aren’t able—to invest in new equipment? Short-term rental could be the perfect solution.

What's the minimum and maximum rental term?

The minimum term rental is one month, and there is no limit to how long you can rent the equipment from us.

What if you don't hold the device I want?

If we don't hold the specific device you want, we will be able to recommend an alternative if one exists.

How much does it cost?

The price varies depending on the device you are looking to hire. Prices are calculated at a per device, per month rate. Discounted rates are available for larger volume orders.

Do the devices come with chargers?

They don't come with chargers, but if you do need additional chargers we can supply them for £5 per device per month

What happens if I return the devices late?

You will have a one week grace period after the rental period ends in which to return your devices. If the devices are not returned within this time the rental will automatically continue for another month at the original rate agreed.
