We manage your project end-to-end from the moment your devices arrive with us, until they’ve been deployed to your sites, and your teams have been trained
Our in-house technicians fully configure devices against the signed off gold build(s)
The gold build is quality checked and approved by our customer before rolled out to the rest of the device estate
Devices are deployed to our customers site(s) once fully tested to our high standards, within the agreed timeframe
We can continue to manage your devices once deployed with our Managed Services, in which all devices at this point will be assigned the status of ‘in-use’ in our ServiceNow system and monitoring will commence
