Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there’s no penalty. You remain in full control.

Can I pause or skip a delivery?

Absolutely. You can skip one or more delivery cycles without cancelling your subscription, as long as you give at least one day’s notice. This can be managed in the My Account area.

What if I want to change the product?

You can cancel or switch at any time. Simply cancel the existing subscription and set up a new one for the alternative product.

How will billing work?

Your payment method is saved at your first checkout and will then be automatically charged on the day of your next subscription cycle (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc.). You’ll receive notification emails ahead of every charge and shipment.

If we’re unable to charge the card on file, we’ll email you to update your payment details.

 

Can I get a discount for being a subscription customer?

We may offer subscription-only pricing and promotional discounts for subscription orders. These will be communicated on the website or via email.

Can I change my payment card details?

Yes, you can update your payment card at any time by logging in to your online account. Go to Manage Subscriptions and select Update Payment Method. Changes will take effect from your next billing cycle.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched on the day they are placed, provided the item is in stock. Once shipped, you should receive your order the next working day. A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as the item has been dispatched.

What if my labels are out of stock?

If a subscribed label is temporarily out of stock, your order will still be placed and dispatched as soon as it becomes available. You’ll be notified once your order has shipped and tracking details are available. Alternatively, you can contact us to discuss replacement options.
