The Panasonic TOUGHBOOK G2 MIL Adaptor converts the G2 rugged tablet into a fully military-grade solution whilst maintaining its IP65 rating during operational use with peripherals. Utilising a MIL-STD Fischer MiniMax™ connector, the adaptor simultaneously charges the tablet and provides USB connectivity, replicating full port and expansion functionality with dust and water protection in harsh environments.
The G2 MIL Adaptor offers interoperability with Nett Warrior and NATO STANAG connections through custom output cables designed to customer requirements. It features USB 3.0 interface with support for LAN, VGA, and other peripherals, alongside a dedicated passive VESA mount that enables vehicle integration with an optional shock dampener.
The device has been tested to MIL-STD-810H and IEC 60529 standards, demonstrating field-proven robustness for demanding applications. The adaptor is suited to battlefield communications, command and control systems, and tactical data analysis applications.
