Open Box – New | Item is new and functions in accordance with the original manufacturer’s specification and includes all original accessories. The packaging may not be the original manufacturer’s packaging or packaging may bear some damage. Open Box – Tested | Item may have seen very limited use (i.e. been used for minimal testing purposes) but is in good working order and functions in accordance with the original manufacturers specification and includes all original accessories. Item may bear some minor cosmetic damage and have original protective films or other internal packaging items removed. The packaging may not be the original manufacturers packaging and/or packaging may bear some damage. | Sold As per the description set out on the website / sales order Non returnable unless defective. (i.e. not working in accordance with manufacturers original specification). 6 months standard TBW warranty, or remainder of manufacturers original warranty, whichever is the longer. |
Open Box - Used | Item has clear signs of usage but is still in good working order and functions in accordance with the original manufacturer’s specification. Signs of usage may include but not be limited to, scratches, or scuffs , slight wear on the item or any of its accessories. There may be some of the original accessories missing. The packaging may not be the original manufacturers packaging and/or packaging may bear some damage. | Sold As per the description set out on the website / sales order Non returnable unless defective (i.e. not working in accordance with manufacturers original specification). 6 months standard TBW warranty, or remainder of manufacturers original warranty whichever is the longer. |
