Who are Pall-Ex Group?
Pall-Ex Group is a recognised leader in palletised freight distribution, operating from its Leicestershire head office and regional hubs across Europe. It transports over 40,000 pallets per day through its network of over 450 member hauliers.
What were the challenges Pall-Ex Group were facing and wanted to address?
Pall-Ex Group wanted to update their labels used to track and scan pallets through their network.
“There were two key issues we wanted to address within Pall-Ex Group around labels. The first was the design of the label itself, it was quite complex, and we needed to simplify that. The second issue was the distribution of the labels themselves. Pall-Ex Group aren’t a parcel delivery company and shipping small quantities of labels sometimes resulted in things being lost.
