The LD-100-RS label dispenser seamlessly blends cutting-edge opto-electronic technology and user-friendly design. Its peel-and-present mechanism ensures hassle-free dispensing of individual labels. Setting it up is a snap, requiring just one simple adjustment for label length within 30 seconds.
Thanks to a specialized reflective sensor positioned beneath the label, it consistently detects the label's leading edge. As labels are lifted, the dispenser automatically advances to the next one, streamlining operations.
This label dispenser features 38 mm core holders that accommodate all cores ranging from 40 to 76 mm. Its external roll diameter measures 220 mm (expandable to 265 mm with the AWB option and 300 mm with the LD-DE option).
The LD-100-RS-SS stainless steel variant boasts a durable chassis and cover, specifically crafted for humid environments, making it an ideal choice for industries like food & beverage or pharmaceuticals.
Engineered for continuous daily use, the LD-100-RS comes with Labelmate's 3-year parts and labour limited warranty (1-year on power supplies), ensuring uninterrupted, trouble-free performance.
