Company Background:

From humble beginnings, The Barcode Warehouse has grown to become one of the UK's leading barcode solutions providers, helping their clients maximise productivity and profitability, through the use of the latest data capture and data processing technology.

The business is based in Newark on Trent and plays a significant part in the commmunity, employing some 75 staff from the local area.

In June 2006, their new e.commerce centre was officially opened by Royal Mail's CEO, Adam Crozier, as part of a cutting-edge Technology Day, where invited guests had the chance to see the latest innovations in mail sortation, labelling and tracking systems.

The Award:

Motorola's prestigious Enterprise Mobility Partner Conference (November 5-7) is an event to which only a select number of UK and European Partners are invited. As well as being an opportunity for high level networking, the conference is also a chance for Motorola to recognise oustanding solutions implemented by their Partners.

To win the Business Partner of the Year 2007 is a fantastic accolade, against fierce competition from companies across Europe.

Achievements to get this award:

The Barcode Warehouse Ltd demonstrated an outstanding ability to mix solutions and service sales to create cradle-to-grave managed services and grow mutual business.

What the award means to the business:

John Walls, Managing Director, said "The winning of this award significantly raises our profile within the enterprise mobility space. Our partnerships with key global vendors such as Motorola can only strengthen our ability to deliver effective client solutions."
